I Am A Child Care Leader

The word leadership is not a word you hear too often connected to child care. According to the New Oxford American Dictionary, leadership is the action of leading a group of people. Well, we led little people all the time. ☺️

As Child Care Leaders, let’s continue to rise as the pandemic taught us we are an essential part of the world. We are the foundation of the future. The world’s next Inventor, President, Scientist, or Lawyer is entrusting us to wipe their runny little noses. Teaching social-emotional development will create a better tomorrow.

So, this month here at Elite Educational Enterprises, the theme is L.E.A.D. It means Lift, Empower, Applaud and Demonstrate. We encourage every child care professional to lift up the world around you by empowering and applauding others and demonstrating excellence to child, youth and families.
