Over the past 15 years, Elite has:

  • Delivered high-quality professional development to educators nationwide, both virtually and on site.

  • Launched major initiatives such as Mega Saturday, Elite Live: Early Childhood Education Summit, and the Texas Director Credential Program.

  • Introduced the Elite Cares for Educators nonprofit, extending the organization’s mission beyond the classroom to support educators’ well-being and professional growth.

  • Achieved HUB certification and is currently in the final stages of IACET accreditation, further validating Elite’s commitment to quality, transparency, and global training standards.
