The "Center Director Mentoring" sessions are a safe space for childcare directors to learn personal and business growth strategies. This group will teach up-to-date business practices and innovative techniques. 

All group sessions will be hosted virtually.

Peer interactions

You will have the opportunity to learn from director peers while working on your goals. All sessions are recorded for REPLAY.


These VIRTUAL and/or IN-PERSON sessions are led by a mentor coach that will be able to guide you positive solutions. MENTORS are qualified with 15+ year on the topic.


We will discuss REAL-LIFE in-depth situations of director hardships,  successes and day-to-day operations. Sessions will come with a WORKBOOK GUIDE.


Learn business strategies for operational and financial growth from experts. You will also get a ONE-ON-ONE session with your mentor.

Our mentoring program will serve as a framework and roadmap for leadership GROWTH and EXCELLENCE. The mentoring sessions will provide a systematic process for CENTER DIRECTORS to carry out its mission of providing a foundation of education, development opportunities for young children and programming growth. 

The major function of the Mentoring Program is the mentee’s development in specific areas and to facilitate personal, professional, and center GROWTH. It will also serve as a key planning tool aimed at ensuring the center directors are diverse leaders strive for success. Specific goals, guidance, roles, responsibilities, and criteria will be identified for implementing the program.
