The purpose of the "Director of the Year Award" is to recognize a Child Care Director on the rise. This individual is at the forefront of transforming the lives of children daily. From leading their school, putting in extra shifts, helping a staff member, assisting with transportation routes, or simply making sure the children have meals prepared. This Director will go above and beyond to help the school grow.
